  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and do not replace the requirement to pay any remaining balance under the Payment Terms outlined below.

  • We have a cancellation policy that requires cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    • Non-payment or insufficient payment

  • Payment Due Date

        Payment is due within seven (7) days of the service date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

       

  •  Late Payment Policy

        Any invoice not paid within seven (7) days after the due date will be considered past due and subject to a          one-time late fee of $25. In addition, a finance charge of 1% per month (12% annually) may be applied to          any remaining unpaid balance until paid in full.

       

  • Non-Payment

        Failure to make payment may result in suspension or denial of future services.

       

  • Collections & Recovery Costs

        You agree to be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of unpaid balances,                      including but not limited to administrative fees, collection agency fees, and legal costs where permitted            by law.

       

  • Agreement to Terms

        By scheduling services, accepting an estimate, or receiving an invoice from Shine On Autocare LLC, you          acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

 

9. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We provide our Website "as is" and make no warranties or guarantees about its accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our Website, the payment process, or any actions taken by other users.
